M83 is the electronic music project formed by the French Anthony González who, during the last 6 years, has managed to create an own style that tinges the coordinates marked by bands such as My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth or Mogwai with electronics.

After the encouraging debut that “M83″ meant in 2001, the very successful “Dead cities, red sees and lost ghosts” in 2003 and “Before the dawn heal us” in 2005 would arrive acclaimed by the international criticism and the remixes of Luciano and Superpitcher.

Sparkling effects, soft melodic blankets of sound composed by infinite electric guitars layers, synthesizers and other electronic instruments are the elements that have made possible to achieve the perfect formula that gets ambient, pop and electronic together; music to see, listen and feel. “Saturday = Youth”, his expected fifth album, published in Mute, will be presented in exclusive for Spain in LEV 08
